UPDATE!!!

BOILED POTATOES (IRISH) AND EGG SAUCE.





Hey guys, am really excited about this post I can't tell why but i think is because it has something to do with food. For those of you  who don't know I love food so muuuch!!!!!!!! Although all I eat don't reflect on my body but i guess that's why i love it even more. I mean, I can eat any thing i like at any time and not bother about gaining weight and all that but i don't because am trying to eat healthy. Trust me you don't want to look slim & fit on the outside but sick or unhealthy inside.
   This food is one that's very healthy, especially for those of us who don't like to eat heavy at night or want to burn fat especially in the stomach region, I hope this is helpful. ENJOY!!!
                                                  
                                                       INGREDIENTS.
                                                         Irish potato
                                                            eggs
                                                           tomatoes
                                                            onions
                                                    black pepper (optional)
                                                          red pepper
                                                        curry powder
                                                         maggi cubes
                                                            salt
                                                          
                                                     PROCEDURE
* peel your Irish potato, wash, add salt to taste and allow to boil till it's cooked.
*wash your tomatoes ,onions then slice them.
*pour little vegetable oil into the pan and allow to heat for a minute or two.
*add your onions then stir to prevent it from burning.
*put the sliced tomatoes and allow to cook and make sure you keep stirring.
* pour your cracked eggs into the pan already containing the tomatoes then stir.
* add your red pepper, black pepper, curry powder, maggi cube and a pinch of salt to taste.
*then stir and allow to cook.
*serve with the boiled potatoes.
