This food is one that's very healthy, especially for those of us who don't like to eat heavy at night or want to burn fat especially in the stomach region, I hope this is helpful. ENJOY!!!
INGREDIENTS.
Irish potato
eggs
tomatoes
onions
black pepper (optional)
red pepper
curry powder
maggi cubes
salt
PROCEDURE
* peel your Irish potato, wash, add salt to taste and allow to boil till it's cooked.
*wash your tomatoes ,onions then slice them.
*pour little vegetable oil into the pan and allow to heat for a minute or two.
*add your onions then stir to prevent it from burning.
*put the sliced tomatoes and allow to cook and make sure you keep stirring.
* pour your cracked eggs into the pan already containing the tomatoes then stir.
* add your red pepper, black pepper, curry powder, maggi cube and a pinch of salt to taste.
*then stir and allow to cook.
